About the project
It is a considerable challenge to revive a building in the Old Town of Vilnius, on Pilies Street, which is almost the most visited by tourists and citizens.
Almost 2000 sq.m. area - exclusive commercial and residential areas.
Previously, the Argentinian food restaurant El Gaucho was located in the basement, the Sophistique beauty salon on the ground floor, the Caucasus food café on the ground floor, and the Atrium hotel on the second and third floors.
We set several goals when purchasing the object.
First of all, to revive the building so that Vilnius residents and guests of the city would enjoy an authentic, but at the same time tidy, beautiful and renovated building, which would inspire both those living in it and those passing by.
Also to renovate the premises while preserving the history of real cultural values.
