The first building is a tribute to the art deco style, the second is a modern interpretation of the wooden architecture of Jurmala, the third is the openness and love for nature inherent in the projects of the future.

If you like chic and direct expression, texture and color, your choice is a building with Art Deco features. A romantic will choose leisurely walks and memories, a house with wooden lace.
