The property complex consists of two land plots with a total area of 13.9 hectares and new buildings located on them and structures of a high degree of construction readiness with a total area of 31,786.3 sq. m.
The facility is located 40 km southwest of Riga in the central industrial area Jelgava, at the intersection of strategic transport corridors. Land plots have internal rail network connected to Latvian railway (gauge 1520).
