About the project
Arranmore will consist of 40 high-end apartments and nine houses nestled in the affluent suburb of Killiney.
An attractive living environment will be provided including a variety of play spaces, a pedestrian link connecting Watson Road through to Church Road, and extensive landscaping to maximise views and the privacy of ground-level homes.
The proposed development will consist of 32 apartments and 9 houses and 8 duplexes, with car parking and bike storage facilities. Both the semi-private garden and private amenity spaces will face south east to ensure residents benefit from both morning and evening light, and to reduce the use of artificial lighting.
A new pedestrian link connecting Watson Road through to Church Road will bring greater permeability to the site and be part of a sensitive landscaping plan that will be enhance the site considerably with open spaces and additional appropriate planting.
