MÜ58 - stands for an architecture that will inspire you with its elegant facade design, harmonious colors and modern, sophisticated living comfort. The energy-efficient new building in the KFW 55 standard is being built in a residential street popular with families, which is characterized by its quiet and greenery, with Münsterlandplatz within sight.
A front building with 5 floors houses 12 residential units with 3 to 5 rooms and approx. 80 to 125 square meters of living space.
