About the project
The Střelice Residence project represents a unique opportunity for quiet living close to nature with a close connection with the city of Brno. When preparing the project, we used our experience from many implemented development projects so that the apartment building fits into a quiet location of the village and especially that the new apartments meet your expectations for modern and comfortable living. The apartment building was designed by the architectural and design office Free architects s.r.o.
Residence Střelice offers a sufficient variety of apartments for your choice. The layout is from apartments 1 + kk, through practical apartments 2 + kk to spacious apartments 3 + kk. An interesting variant is also several residential units with an open gallery, in which their airiness and spaciousness stand out. You can choose from units with a balcony, terrace or front garden.
There are garage parking spaces in the basement so that parking does not disturb the quiet living area. Low monthly housing costs are ensured by a building with almost zero energy consumption (NZEB) with its own gas boiler room for the entire building. Further savings in operating costs can be achieved by equipping households with smart home technologies.
