About the project
Family houses Padochov are a modern complex of houses with extensive gardens. The project offers six terraced houses with an area of 120 m2 to 129 m2, which are designed as two-storey sets of simple cubic shapes with a flat roof. Each house has its own garden, driveway and garage.
The layout of the houses is conceptually similar. Emphasis was placed on the efficiency and airiness of the interior, which is also helped by the optimal orientation to the sides of the world, which ensures a sufficient influx of sunlight. The lower floor is designed by the layout of the rooms for use during the day, when you can enjoy the open space of the kitchen with dining room and main living room, which is freely connected to the exterior relaxation zone of the terrace with garden. The upper floor is reserved for the bedrooms of the inhabitants of the house with the possibility of contact with the exterior through the balcony. The floors are interconnected by an open staircase with the possibility of creating storage space under it in the future.
We believe that perfect living is not just about the interior itself.
