Atmospheric and contemporary living with an optimal green experience in Lier, 'gate of the Kempen' and bustling city with a rich history and the charms of a village.
Empty buildings and supermarkets are making way for a particularly versatile residential project with high living quality and maximum greening in a unique environment. A traffic-free 'inner courtyard' will be created with a green core that also brings light and air into the homes. The architecture and the palette of materials are, among other things, inspired by the Berlarij as the historic approach road to Lier. The combination of natural stone and the distinctive bricks of the historically valuable buildings is capitalized on. An additional asset: the wide variety of homes, including apartments and duplexes, as well as semi-detached homes, garden apartments and ground-level homes. The underground parking and private bicycle sheds on the ground floor complete the comfort.
