About the project
The location of Clemenskvartalet combines proximity to the fjord and parks, with proximity to the city. Here you get some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, museums and shops as the nearest neighbors. Retreat to the tranquil city garden and the green roof terraces, or explore all that the urban neighborhood Bjørvika has to offer.
Rostockgata runs along the building's west façade, which is adapted for cyclists and pedestrians. On the side to the east, there will be a view of the Medieval Park and Ekebergåsen. In the north you get fjord glimpses from Bispekilen, and in the south comes the green Kongsbakken common and Sørenga sea bath. The building will be something completely out of the ordinary, with great variation in apartment types and facades that vary in shape, height and color.
