About the project
Water art is one of Bjørvika's most distinctive housing projects. The first apartments in Vannkunsten have been sold, but in a short time you will have the chance to secure an apartment in Vannkunsten Syd. The last five houses hold 91 apartments and are surrounded by the Oslo Fjord, Bispekilen and the shopping street Rostockgata which connects Sørenga with the rest of Bjørvika. Here you get completed homes made in the same high quality that Vannkunsten has become known for.
Virtually no two apartments are alike. Some go over two levels, with a formidable ceiling height in parts of the apartment. Others have private access to the water's edge from the balcony, with its own jetty. Common to all the homes are functional floor plans, good lighting conditions with lots of natural light, a high standard of interior and materials, and all apartments have a private balcony or terrace. Residents will also have access to various facilities such as car sharing services as well as other practical services.
