About the project
The Belgard Gardens development consists of a mixed use residential scheme consisting of 438 residential units, 403 student accommodation beds and 7,000 sq ft of retail. This regeneration site will boast a new urban quarter well connected area with the Luas, M50 and N7 on the doorstep.
