About the project
We have prepared the ALEA family houses project in Říčany near Brno for everyone who likes privacy in a quiet suburb in their own house, but at the same time needs good transport links to Brno. We are building 16 family houses with layouts of 4 + kk and 5 + kk inspired by Brno functionalism, which use every nook and cranny. We have equipped the houses with a sufficient amount of storage space and luxurious large bathrooms, which invite you to relax.
All houses have two floors, a ground floor living area with kitchenette and access to the garden and plenty of bedrooms with loggias upstairs. The houses are above standard insulated and equipped with underfloor heating to save as much energy as possible. Thanks to the technology for collecting rainwater, you will save on water, you will water the garden for free. The houses fall into energy class A.
