About the project
The residence by the chateau is a modern apartment complex in Oslavany near Brno. It was designed so that you do not miss anything you promise from comfortable living in a small town, 25 km from Brno.
We believe that perfect living is not only about the interior itself, but also about how the apartment complex looks from the outside, whether it is close to a school, a doctor or a bank, and whether you have a place to park or go for a walk. The residence by the chateau is located in the vicinity of the extensive grounds of the Oslavany chateau - important cultural monuments from the 13th century. The castle is built on a floodplain in the meander of the river Oslava, which flows around the city with a large arch. By 2019, an extensive castle park will be arranged in the vicinity of the Residence by the chateau. The park will include a playground, a bio-top bathing area or a relaxation area.
