About the project
Holiday houses "Great Moravia" in the famous center of the village Dolní Morava is a project of construction of apartment houses. In 2021, the construction of three houses will be completed, each with eight flats, and at the same time the construction of a fourth house will begin, with 8 flats, scheduled for completion by the end of 2022. At the same time, the start of design work on the preparation of the fifth house, the location of which would be north of house number two, is being considered.
The houses have apartments with layouts of 1 + kk, 2 + kk and 3 + kk with an area from 46 m2 to 61 m2.
Each apartment has a spacious cellar with a gutter for skis and its own electrical circuit connected to the apartment, ie with the possibility of use, for example, for recharging electric bicycles, for placing clothes or shoe dryers, etc.
The price of the apartment also includes one parking space in the parking lot, which is a common part of the house.
Apartments and front gardens are sold to personal ownership.
For the trouble-free operation of the house, comprehensive services are arranged for the administration and management of SVJ, for the maintenance of the WWTP, which is common to all houses, for snow removal, lawn mowing and cleaning of common areas of houses.
