About the project
The new development project Nad Volyňkou includes three apartment buildings, which are located on Františka Divise Street, in Prague - Uhříněves. Within walking distance are kindergartens and elementary schools, cinemas, doctors, theater and museum. You can actively spend your free time in the area of the Botić-Milicov Natural Park, which can be reached on foot in five minutes. In Uhříněves there is the Říčanka Nature Park, the Nadýmač and Vodice ponds. Nearby is the Hostivar Dam with a forest park, which can be reached by car in three minutes.
