About the project
Geosan Development's new project is a residential building "Element Letnany" on Tupolev Street in the Prague 9 - Letnany district. The new building has 107 residential units with a layout of 1 + kk - 3 + kk. While small studios are designed for individuals and young couples as “retirement homes”, large apartments are especially appreciated by families with children. Each apartment has a storage room for seasonal items, it is possible to use the carriage house basement and a storage room for bicycles. At the nearby airport in Letняany, you can rent a plane or pay for a sightseeing flight over Prague and other places in the area, such as a flight to Karlštejn.
