About the project
The new development project Kratochvíle Stochovská, which is developing in Prague 6-Ruzyně, is located near the Hvězda park. Thanks to this, new tenants can go to nature at any time and take a break from the bustle of the city. The project was prepared by the development company JRD when the architectural concept was created in the Podlipný Sladký studio. The residential building has four floors, two entrances and 34 residential blocks.
You can choose from residential units with layouts 2 + kk, 3 + kk and 4 + kk ranging from 51 m2 to 108 m2. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or front garden, which will allow you to relax in peace. Terraces and balconies have frost-resistant fittings for connecting to hoses. The apartment windows have triple insulated glazing, blinds and awnings can be installed on the 4th floor. The apartments are equipped with controlled ventilation with heat recovery, heating is solved using a gas condensing boiler with a hot water system that can be easily controlled by a mobile app.
There are heat meters in each apartment separately. The floors in the apartments are laminate, hallways and bathrooms have tiles and tiles. The apartments are very high, even for the most demanding clients. There must be a parking space in the garage, 7 of which are outside. The apartments also have basements. Construction of the project began in spring 2019 and finishing work is currently underway. From 5/2021, new apartment owners can move.
