About the project
The Central Group as Nad Modřanskou roklí project, bordering Papirnikova, Novodvorska and General Shishki Streets, is located in Prague 4-Kamyk. The residential complex in an attractive location next to a natural park offers accommodation in new buildings with a total area of 408 housing units with a layout of 1 + kk - 5 + kk in nine newly built houses. The transport accessibility of the residential complex Nad Modřanskou roklí is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the house there is a bus stop with lines 165 and 215, from here you can reach metro stations (Kačerov, Háje) and further to other parts of Prague. The main and kindergarten on Smolkova Street are also a 5-minute walk away. Another primary school is located on Meteorological Street (3 minutes walk). In 5 minutes you can walk to the Albert supermarket on Papírníkova street, where you will find all the usual assortment, and the trip to Codum-Poliklinika Modřany on Soukalova street by bus no. 165 takes 12 minutes.
You literally have nature here behind the house, in three minutes you are on the edge of the Modrani Gorge. The area also hosts sports and cultural events, for example, in the Novodvorsk Cultural Center (6 minutes by car). Theatrical performances, exhibitions and concerts take place here. If this is not enough for you, in half an hour you are on the PID line at Wenceslas Square.
