About the project
Praska Moderna is a modern investment inspired by the charisma of pre-war Praga, whose exciting atmosphere attracts creative and creative people. We have designed 35 modern, functional apartments for them: 32 two-level loft apartments and 3 single-level apartments.

The Praska Moderna investment is located in Stara Praga, ul. Targowa (3 km from the center of Warsaw), is being developed by the developer Moderna Holding.
The Praska Moderna investment is under construction with the commissioning date scheduled for Q1 2021.
The entire project consists of 35 new apartments. The building has 5 above-ground floors with a ground floor and 1 underground floor.
