Aroma Park is an intimate estate of multi-family buildings, implemented in stages in the Warsaw district of Białołęka.
Location
The estate is located at 10 Klasyków Street, within the boundaries of the Henryków estate in Białołęka. The vicinity of the investment is quiet, surrounded by green areas, well connected with other parts of the city, and has basic commercial, service and educational infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
The nearest educational centers in the area are community primary school No. 2 (400 meters), non-public elementary school Inspiracja (700 meters), private kindergarten Krasnoludki and kindergarten Promyki (400 meters), kindergarten Wonderland (550 meters). Nearby, there are numerous restaurants, pharmacies, fitness rooms, sports fields, private doctor's offices, a church, and the Capital Care and Treatment Center. Galeria Północna with Cinema City and the Selgros Cash & Carry shopping center are located within a radius of nearly 2 kilometers from the estate. Galeria pod Dębami is 1.8 kilometers away. There are numerous recreational areas available near the investment, such as Park Henrykowski (in the immediate vicinity), Park Wydmy Tarchomińskie (1 kilometer), Park Srebrna Góra (about 1.5 kilometers).
Architecture
The investment houses the revitalized buildings of the former Henryk Bienenthal's yeast factory, and new apartment blocks have been incorporated into this industrial style. They have three floors and are built in a simple block, the façade is made of finishing brick, numerous glazing and metal balcony railings have been added.
Infrastructure of the estate
The estate is closed, monitored, under 24/7 security and adapted to the needs of the disabled. In the green inner courtyard, plant arrangements and pavements have been made, a playground for children and an outdoor gym are available. There are internal and external parking spaces. Silent elevators were installed in the buildings.
Communication
The investment is located in the immediate vicinity of Modlińska Street, which connects the area with other parts of Warsaw. The city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Bus stops with bus no. 152 are available near the investment; Warszawa Płudy railway station, from which, among others KM, R9, S3, S9 trains run, it is about 1.3 kilometers away.

The area of the investment's apartments ranges from 28 to 96 square meters. These are studio flats as well as two, three and four-room apartments. All apartments are equipped with balconies.
