About the project
"Miško ardai" - 3 houses of harmonious architecture, A + energy class with 300 apartments surrounded by Burbiškės forest. The house is designed for active people who appreciate sports and a healthy lifestyle, for whom it is important not to lose the pulse of the capital, but who appreciate real nature.
The project is based on the ideas of health and healthy lifestyle as defined in the provisions of the WELL standard.
2019 In the competition “For Sustainable Development” organized by the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) and the Academy of Sustainable Development, the laurels of the best project of the future went to the Forest Ardams.
"Miško ardų" indoor house park covers an area of 1 hectare. 14 recreation, active leisure and entertainment areas are planned here. Behind the door of the house - Burbiškės forest park - in the territory of 170 hectares there are wild walking and jogging paths, bicycle paths, and swings, hammocks and other entertainment “hidden” in the most beautiful places of the forest.
"Arško ardus" will also be appreciated by people who like quality, sustainable solutions, space, security and privacy, who will see the new housing in the village as an alternative to a cottage or detached house. Exclusive architectural solution - "own house on the roof" or "penthouse" type apartments on the upper floors. They will have 8 m high ceilings, sloping roofs, mezzanines and roof terraces (from 15 sq. M).
The motto of the project is "Homes that are easy to live in." The guarantee of health and well-being of each inhabitant is surrounded by a mature forest, technical and architectural solutions of the project. 9 sq.m. m balconies, roof terraces and private courtyards of the apartment invite residents to "live" outdoors. 1 ha of indoor house park and well-arranged forest infrastructure encourage everyone to move as much as possible and spend time in the fresh air. There will be several spaces for children of different ages, yoga and barbecue lawns, table tennis, badminton, chess, outdoor fitness areas, an amphitheater, a multifunctional dome, pergolas and even an outdoor pool.
However, the holidays did not always smell here: in the interwar period, there were Polish military warehouses in the area, and later a Soviet air defense equipment service base and technical division.
The layout of the former buildings allowed the Forest Ardai houses to be designed in the same locations to preserve the long-lived trees around and inside the project, and the inner yard to form a 1-hectare park with 14 different recreation and leisure areas, a dome, pergolas and a swimming pool.
