About the project
Residential complex 7Qazyna is a new block of new economy class buildings that are being built near the Botanical Garden in a developing microdistrict with modern infrastructure.
Location features
Residential complex 7Qazyna in Aktau is located in the 38th microdistrict. From here to the city akimat is 7.5 km, and to the sea coast no more than five kilometers.
There is good ecology in the vicinity of the new residential complex. The complex is being built at a distance from busy highways, there are no large industrial zones nearby.
Infrastructure around
The infrastructure of the microdistrict is just developing, however, within walking distance there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, a cafe, and a regional blood center. In two kilometers there is the market "Asem Bereket", the shopping center "Olzha", bank branches, restaurants.
The School of Chemistry and Biology, the Meirbike College and the secondary school are just over a kilometer away. The Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov is located one and a half kilometers away.
Transport connection
The nearest stop is fifteen minutes' walk away. The distance to the railway station "Mangistau" is fifteen kilometers, and to the international airport "Aktau" 23 kilometers.
