Terraced houses and apartments in newly built Ecovillage with delivery in spring 2020.
The villas consist of ground floor, attic, porch and private gardens (front and rear) and have customizable sizes from 50 to 210 square meters with related gardens from 27 to 100 square meters.
entrance to the complex is on via La Malfa. The Ecovillage is the new avant-garde building under construction in class A with biocompatible materials in the greenest district of Agrate Brianza: autonomous heating and cooling system powered by photovoltaic solar panels and cohousing services (laundry, gym, library, vegetable garden, bicycle shelter ...).
