About the project
Casa Cana is a brand new boutique hotel located in Canggu – consisting of four luxurious villas, each with its own 30m2 private pool and three ensuite bedrooms spread across three floors. Each villa has been beautifully designed drawing on chic-Mediterranean influences from the South of Spain and Northern Africa - complete with floor to ceiling arched windows and an outdoor sunken conversation pit.
The hotel comes fully furnished and decorated following muted brown color tones which evoke the boho lifestyle. All ensuite bathrooms feature double sinks with a bathtub in the master bedroom. Every villa has a full kitchen and bar, dining room, and living room.
Casa Cana is a turnkey hotel business with conservative projections of +15% returns within the first year. Located next to one of the busiest junctions between Seminyak and Berawa, and adjacent to the world-famous beach club Café Del Mar Bali.
