About the project
Welcome to Nockherberg: make the ascent from downtown Munich to reach one of the most traditional locations in the Bavarian state capital. Popular for its mature charm, coveted for its location on the banks of the Isar, attractive for its unique mix of urbanity and greenery. Precisely here on the upper Au, on the site of the former Paulaner brewery, “Wohnen am Nockherberg” is a new, vibrant urban quarter with extensive parks and green areas.
"Am Nockherberg Süd" will soon take shape as one of these new residential ensembles: six buildings surround the attractive square at Regerstrasse and Hiendlmayrstrasse. Like a mountain silhouette, they shape the new district through their varied arrangements and variously distributed building heights. Shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city by the front part of the building, they promise quiet homes surrounded by greenery. Because these 1- to 4-room condominiums border, on the one hand, a large, green park-like zone, and on the other hand a carefully planted inner courtyard.
