About the project
At the beginning of 2021, Astlanda Ehitus started the construction of the third stage of the Lõvirahu residential development project in the Kristiine district at Vihitaja 1, Vihitaja 3, and Vihitaja 5.
1–4-room energy-efficient and bright apartments are planned for the new residential buildings. This time we will build 90 apartments in total, between which to choose. A park of about 3700 m² with play areas for children has been built next to the residential buildings.
