About the project
riangl is another of our company's projects in the Komín district on Podveská Street. It offers a quiet, pleasant location in a popular part of town, next to the high school of informatics, postal services and finance with good transport links.
This location is already proven by the company, as it is not our first house in this area. Lovers of peace and relaxation will enjoy themselves, but also those who do not want to be too far to the city center. There are plenty of public transport connections within reach of the construction, which guarantees good access to the center of Brno. The surroundings are directly created for leisure activities, such as the bike path leading to the Brno dam.
It is a non-traditional house with a triangular floor plan, which attracts attention not only with its shape and layout (see visualization). The triangle has six floors and a total of 25 units of all sizes. In the basement of the house there are garages and cellars. Completion is expected in the spring of 2022. Of course, as with other IMPERA projects, there is a quality layout solution and corresponding standard equipment. The house is designed so that its energy intensity meets category "B" - very economical.
