About the project
For our new project "Villa Mrštíkova", we deliberately chose a nice location in Prague 10, in Strašnice. We named the villa after its home street Mrštíkovy, which will delight you as a quiet one-way street, lined with lots of trees and greenery. Vila Mrštíkova is sensitively set in a small park, only 130 meters from the Strašnická Metro Station.
When you live here, you will find that you have everything in your immediate area. In addition to the surrounding parks and playgrounds, you have at your fingertips the Strašnice Theater, a rope center or a swimming pool. Of course there is a rich network of services, shops, restaurants and cafes. You can easily get to the center by subway, tram or bus, which stop a short distance from your future home.
