About the project
A development project called Residence Octagon is located in Prague 4 - Branik. The project was created by renovating a corner house. The Oktagon Residence under the auspices of Pražská správa nemovitostí sro is a continuation of the famous Cubist houses typical of Vysehrad. The house is a brick three-lane with a semicircular projection and a flat roof in front of the building. The building has offices and classic apartments, studios and shops. In total, there are 16 housing units in the form of 12 apartments, 1 studio, 1 office and two shops. There is also a garden that residents can use.

Rezidene Oktagon comprises 12 residential units ranging from 1 + kk to 3 + kk with a usable area of 37 - 101 m2. The apartments have terraces or loggias located in the mezzanine, cellars. Standard suites are storage rooms, bathrooms with bath and shower, or twin sinks.
