METALEX Park II will be located next to the newly built park on the Mladost square. The place is quiet and calm, but at the same time very communicative, as there are a clinic, a kindergarten, schools and shopping centers nearby. The building will be located next to one of the main boulevards of the city - Slivica Boulevard, which provides quick access to all areas of the city.
