Features and characteristics of the new building
Railway on the street Chkalova is a ten-story building, consisting of one section with one entrance.
When constructing a house, the developer uses ready-made prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, reinforced concrete panels are used as the main element, the foundation is built from FBS blocks. The inner walls are made of single-layer reinforced concrete panels, while the outer walls have two layers of reinforced concrete and a layer of expanded polystyrene, which provides the building with a sufficiently high energy efficiency and reduces the cost of heating. The facade is painted with acrylics.
Large window openings are glazed with double-glazed windows in plastic frames made of polyvinyl chloride, equipped with child safety locks. Loggias will have prefabricated reinforced concrete safety fences and single glazing.
A passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of up to a thousand kilograms is installed at the entrance, the engineering communications of the building are connected to the central city networks, including heating and gas pipelines. Measures are being taken to ensure the barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population.
Improvement of the local area
Near the new building, pedestrian paths and asphalt driveways covered with paving slabs are being arranged. Trees and ornamental shrubs are planted, lawns are sown with grass. Ground parking is being built - the number of spaces corresponds to the number of apartments in the building. A children's play area, a place for recreation and physical education are being equipped, the territory is illuminated with LED lights.
