Location
Construction is being carried out on the territory of microdistrict 104, which is also called South, in the Novobelitsky district of Gomel. The map clearly shows that the location is significantly removed from the center and is located on the southeastern border of the city. The area is small, young and promising, with affordable housing and other advantages. Multi-storey development began here in 2010.

The development of social infrastructure is taking place in parallel with the construction of new housing. So in July 2019, a new modern kindergarten opened its doors for residents of the microdistrict and their children. Also on the general plan of the microdistrict there is a school, a clinic. Features of the project
Railway number 39 in microdistrict. 104 in Gomel is a one-section 16-storey building being constructed using panel technology using modern three-layer panels with an additional layer of thermal insulation. Facade finishing - painting with water-dispersion paint.
The house has two elevators with a lifting capacity of 400 and 630 kilograms. The house will be heated from an individual heating point with the installation of heat consumption meters in each apartment.
In the course of the improvement of the territory next to the construction site, new access roads for vehicles and sidewalks for pedestrians will appear. There are ramps at the entrance for people with limited mobility. Also planned is a complex of landscaping works, installation of small architectural forms, allocation of space for parking at least 50 cars.
