About the project
Pharmacy 10 is a residential, service and hotel building 2, 8, 9, 10 and 12 floors with 2 floors underground parking. The building is located east of the city of Tirana, on one of its main streets, on the Rruga E Dibrës, near the Ring Road. This area is developing rapidly, especially in recent years, as a residential area with all the facilities and services that accompany residential centers.
Partition walls between apartments and partition walls with staircases will be thermally insulated using 50 mm thick mineral wool placed between two walls of 10 cm.
The technology used for thermal insulation enables you to have a cool living environment in summer and warm in winter, saving you electricity.
The inner yards that are created will be treated with green spaces to provide the best and most comfortable outdoor environment for the residents of the building: squares, sidewalks, greenery, outdoor lighting, recreational facilities and service spaces for grass, cafe, restaurant, etc.
