This wonderful villa, located in one of the most demanded areas of Mallorca, surprises with an original style, where the modern and the rustic are combined.

There are several private international schools in the area as well as easy access to all amenities in the villages of Portals Nous and Palmanova. The international airport and the city centre of Palma can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
