One star hotel (with the possibility of upgrading the category) located in 300m from the beach in the center of Lloret de Mar. Lloret de Mar is a most important coastal town in Costa Brava that receives 1.500.000 tourists every year. Mostly French, Belgian, Dutch and English . The beauty of the beaches, privileged situation (access by highway of Barcelona / France, 20 minutes of the aueropuerto of Girona, 1 hour from airport of Barcelona, buses, train, transfers) and the amount of quality services for the tourists do that this place is especially attractive for investors.
Hotel has five floors:
Ground floor (390m2) - reception, bar, dining room for 114 people, equipped kitchen, large fridges, a storage room.
First floor: (390m2), 18 rooms, small warehouse for cleaning.
Second floor: (390m2), 17 rooms, small warehouse for cleaning.
Third floor: (352m2), 15 rooms, small warehouse for cleaning.
Roof floor (62m2) with sun terrace and sun loungers, a small laundry
In total there are 50 rooms, including 4 singles, 10 triples, 2 quadruples and 34 doubles.
Each room has a bathroom, TV, fan and new mattresses. Every year repairs are made at the hotel. Two of the floors of the rooms have parquet floors.
There is possibility to install the air conditioning and upgrade. The hotel complies with all local regulations.
Currently it opens only two months a year due to the advanced age of the owner. And these two months is in full. The usual season is from May to October.
