Magnificant villa located on the south-west coast of Tenerife, in a quiet area with wonderful views towards the island of La Gomera, in Callao Salvaje. The property is located in a small village, apart from the larger resorts between Costa Adeje and Playa San Juan. The beautiful villa was built in 2001 by its current owners. The property is all on one floor plus garage. Entering the villa through the main hall there is access to the kitchen, dining room, large living room and to the terrace where beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, have direct access to the entrance hall and the terrace surrounding the whole house. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa with access from the living room. As the other bedrooms it has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The terrace is connected to the garden where a wide area invites to relax and refresh yourself in the heated pool. Surrounding the house small gardens and a barbecue area with direct access to the kitchen and dining area can be found.
