Block B: is designed for 30 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 15 rooms on each floor. The area of one apartment is 115 m2.
Block C: is designed for 22 apartments with 3 bedrooms, 11 rooms on each floor. The area of one apartment is 120 m2.
The standard of development for the project is 7.500 m2.
On the site, a foundation for building 7.242 m2 was prepared.
The remaining area of 258 m2 allowed the construction of the villa.
The amount of investment in the preparation of project documentation and the first phase of the construction cycle amounted to 7.000.000 euros.
The cost of the land plot is indicated taking into account the cost of the project package.
