About the project
In short, our flagship project. The purpose of this award winning development was to regenerate a derelict site just outside the city center and elevate it to the level worthy of its prominent location. The development brought new homes, office and retail space, as well as a brand new town square, to the area.Homes
There are 210 luxury homes ranging from studios up to 4 bedroom apartments with underfloor heating and chilled ceilings coming as standard. The buildings are laid out to form a private courtyard where the residents can find the perfect oasis of peace in the hustle and bustle of the city.
Location
The residents have easy access to a wide range of public amenities which only living in the city center can offer. From shops to galleries and theaters. Not that they need it though, as a shopping arcade is part of the development, as well as a public square equipped to host a wide range of cultural events.
