The residential complex "Gran Via Marina Constanța" from the South-East of Romania is located in Timiș County, Constanța city, on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard. The structure of the complex and the technical feature
The project of the residential complex "Gran Via Marina Constanța" is developed in several stages and in the end will include a total number of eight housing blocks, each will have 11 floors of apartments and a building for offices and offices.
