About the project
The Green Future Mogoşoaia ensemble is located on Nichita Stănescu street no. 76, Mogoşoaia, Ilfov, with quick access to the city from both Mogoşoaia and Chitila. The complex will include 78 P + 1 + houses with modern architecture and a leisure area with multifunctional sports ground, swimming pool and children's playground. The houses are arranged in 10 modules, each module having 2 end houses and the rest in the middle.
Both types of houses have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dressing rooms, bridge, terrace, parking and garden.
The complex will be connected to all utilities: sewerage and water supply from the city network, gas and electricity.
The houses are built on concrete structure with porotherm brick, 10 cm thermosystem, roof - metal tile.
The finishes are of the highest quality: interior compartments made of brick, plastered walls, interior stairs with wooden finishes and glass railings.
