The facilities of the mixed project
The residential project "Record Park" is developed in two phases and is composed of two intelligent buildings, each with a height regime with Three Basements plus Two Floors of Ground floor and plus 6 Floors of apartments. The lower floors of the residential buildings are built on the basis of sequential and leveling piles, and the constructive structure is based on steel columns - concrete and cement.
The residential complex is developed on a land with a total area of 17,000 square meters.
