100% of the apartment
Residence No.13 is a revolution that restores the splendor of "Apartments". It is the result of the best architectural design out of 56 sent from all over Poland. No.13 is a style that inspires hope and optimism that human works are beautiful.
Spectacular for the actor, hidden from the viewer
Two independent parts connected by a glass hall with only 11 and 15 apartments in them. They are accessed by intimate corridors lined with soft carpets, giving the Residence a boutique character.
The luxury of a hotel
How about adding a pinch of hotel amenities? Take advantage of the SPA zone with an infrared sauna and graduation tower available only to residents. For the first time, moments of relaxation are so close to you.
Silence
Once ubiquitous. Today it is hard to imagine. Therefore, in this respect, we set new trends: we used 3-layer walls with a thickness of 34 cm between the apartments. And the innovative layout of the building and materials used in the corridors reduce the noise level coming from the main hall.

Our nature is eager to be free. Inspired by this thought and by classic tenement houses, we give you spacious rooms 3 meters high. And the view of greenery from large shop windows and loggias can become their priceless complement.
Security
It is above all. Each apartment is equipped with an alarm, security door and a videophone that records the image even when you are away from home. It's not everything. The facility is fenced and the underground garage is monitored. We have also reduced the presence of people serving the building in the residential and garage parts to a minimum.

Beautiful and thoughtful details create a harmonious environment. We understand that the staircase is an announcement of the house, part of the SPA needs delicacy and warmth, and the garden is more than just a lawn.

You can regulate the temperature of any room from anywhere in the world. The apartments have special heaters hidden in the floor so that they do not interfere with the arrangement of the rooms.
