About the project
It is a unique closed, resort-like village, only 50 meters from the lake. Only 3-storey apartment buildings are being built in the settlement, the architecture of which blends harmoniously into the surrounding nature: pine forests and forests.
Leisure and recreation areas for children and adults, bicycle and walking paths are being designed along Lake Gėlužė. To make the freshness of the lake even more enjoyable, the apartments have larger-than-usual balconies.
