About the project
BACHMAN'S LAND is a new residential quarter in a centuries-old place in Klaipeda, near the picturesque Dane River Valley. Individual houses and cottages will rise in the territory of the rich and influential Bachman manor, and their joint ensemble will create a separate cozy town that will maintain respect for tradition and unique nature and pulsate with the modern spirit. The exclusive accent of the new quarter is the square, the heart of the whole quarter. It will be a space that will give rhythm and become a center of attraction for the population. Not only during the holidays, but also every day - from early in the morning until late in the evening, when their hosts will return home and, after stopping in the square, will share the impressions of the day with their neighbors. Those who value the values encoded in the ages - respect for the past, warmth of home, hospitality and a sense of community - will love living and spending free time in the Land of Bachman.
