Vormsate castle/manor complex, which is located in one of the most picturesque places in Kurzeme, is for sale. Administrative location of the property - Skrunda Municipality, Nikrace parish; geophysical location - between hilly areas of Embute and the valley of the River Venta. The river Šķērvelis crossing the property is the most swift river in Kurzeme and in 2009 was nominated as the cleanest river in Latvia. The oldest and the largest ash park in the Baltics is located on the property, it is registered in several international park directories and mentioned in the chronicles of the 18-19 centuries. According to the archives, the Vormsate manor belonged to well known Baltic Germans - von Rosen, von Hahn, von Schlippenbach and others.
