About the project
The project Merks Mežpilsēta has a unique location between Dreiliņupīte and a pine forest, lending it a special appeal. For residents' well-being, the area around the buildings will be landscaped and greened, fruit trees will be planted, and several children's playgrounds and gazebos will be installed for recreation, celebrations and free time. The project Merks Mežpilsēta is being developed according to Class B energy efficiency requirements.
