Pļavas apartments are located on the border of Avotu / Grīziņkalns, on the oldly renovated Pļavas Street.

Pļavas and Mūrnieku streets have been historically renovated with elegant lanterns, cobblestone pavement on the carriageway and sidewalks and a very small flow of traffic, making it a peaceful corner in the center of Riga. This historic, peaceful charm does not show for a moment that you are only a few minutes away from such everyday important places - schools, kindergartens, parks and shops.
