The surrounding area consists of three creeks, a river with curative blue clay, a river flows into the sea. Sketches of the development are made: a villa, a 5-star hotel with a restaurant overlooking the sea, a tennis area, 2 outdoor pools, a hotel golf course, and a camping complex.
The site can also be divided into 6 plots for individual development.
