KADO KARIM – Elite apartaments complex consists of three 3-floor functionally united buildings MAISON de KARIM, MAISON de MER, MAISON de PARK, which are made in one uniform architectural style, but each one has its own concept of interior decorations.

KADO KARIM residential complex is the first project in Eastern Europe, which is made by SMART CITY concept that allows apartment owners with the assistance of a mobile phone control all of their apartments devices - heating, lighting, security, electrical appliances, air purification, etc.
Complex is equipped with a gas heating and an independent gas boiler. In the apartments – heat convectors allow temperature regulation.
A personal generator, which, if necessary, can make the complex independent from the city power grids.
There are elevators in the houses connecting all floors to the underground parking space. In penthouses the individual elevators lead to the roof.
Innovative materials developed especially for this project in Germany in combination with stylized perforated shutters have been used for furnish and decoration of facades.
The ceiling height is 3 meters.
The total area of the residential complex – 5 352 sq.m.
The complex has an underground parking for 42 cars, as well as a guest surface parking for 5 cars.
