The manor house of the Rumyantsev family has been sold since 1802, and since 1886 by Baron Wilhelm von Schroeder, was built in 1852 in classical style in Burtnieki village of Vidzeme, near Lake Burtnieku, 130 km from Riga.
The building is 700m2 (35x20), underneath the whole building there is a cellar with a uniform temperature and an arched ceiling, 1 floor - 8 rooms, a beautiful pavilion for tea in Neo Baroque style, 2nd floor -10 rooms, all communications, land 2739 m2.
From the manor you can go down the steps (made to order baron from the Swedish solid granite 4,3 m and brought to Latvia) in a well-kept public park, which grows 70 different species of shrubs and trees.
The estate is located in a marginal place, near a large lake, equipped with a dock for boats and yachts.
Restoration is required.
